Terms of use

Slosh is operated by Slosh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The quickest way to reach us is by email at support@slosh.events; we answer account, listing and legal queries there. Purchases are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, who can also be contacted at paddle.net.

Slosh is a discovery service. It shows you events, classes and activities that organisers have listed near a location you choose, and links you out to the organiser's or venue's own website to book or buy tickets.

• Slosh does not sell tickets, take bookings or handle your payment for any event.
• The only payments on Slosh are organiser listing fees. These are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited — see the Organiser terms, fees & refunds.
• Every listing is written and controlled by the organiser who posted it. We do not verify listings before they go live.
• Prices, times, addresses and accessibility details are provided by organisers and may change or be wrong. Always check with the organiser before travelling.

You don't need an account to search. To keep the service fast for everyone, searches are limited to five per minute per device.

• Don't scrape, copy in bulk, or automate requests against Slosh.
• Don't misuse the report button. Reporting a listing you simply dislike, or repeatedly reporting the same listing, may result in your device being blocked.
• "Saved events" are stored on your own device only. If you clear your browser data they will be gone; we can't restore them.

Organisers must be at least 18 and must have the right to promote the event they post. By posting, you confirm the listing is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

• Only live, public events, classes, shows and activities may be listed. Static menus, opening hours, private parties and adverts are not allowed.
• You must hold any licence, insurance or permission needed to run the event.
• If an event is cancelled you must mark it cancelled on Slosh promptly. Cancelled listings remain visible, marked as cancelled, for 48 hours so people who saved them are told.
• You grant Slosh a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the text and images you upload for the purpose of running the service, including in search results and shared links.
• Fees, credits and subscriptions are set out in the Organiser terms.

We may hide or delete any listing, and suspend or close any organiser account, without notice if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the Safety & listing rules.

• Listings that receive reports from two separate devices are hidden automatically pending review.
• Suspended organisers cannot post, edit or republish listings. Fees already paid are not refunded where the suspension is due to a breach of these terms.
• To appeal a decision, email support@slosh.events with the listing name and your account email.

We provide Slosh "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing is accurate, safe, suitable or still happening.

To the extent the law allows, Slosh Ltd is not liable for losses arising from your attendance at an event, anything an organiser or venue does or fails to do, or your reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Organisers agree to compensate Slosh Ltd for claims arising from their listings or events.

Ticket, booking, map and venue links take you to websites we don't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Slosh. Any purchase you make is between you and that organiser or ticket seller.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers living elsewhere keep any protection given by the mandatory law of their home country.
